Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter and musician from England. He was a member of One Direction. The parents of his son were Des Styles and Anne Cox. He was born on 1st February, 1994 in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, along with three of his classmates, formed a music group dubbed White Eskimo. They won the 2009 Battle of Bands thanks to the impressive presentation they made. The musician was always fascinated by music but also wanted to become an attorney, physiotherapist or even a scout. He worked in an area bakery on a part-time basis in order to provide for his family. The year was 2010. Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he sang Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. This meant that his group had to be disbanded. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he be part of a brand new group, One Direction. The other group members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. The formation of the group began in 2010 and the five young people were sponsored by Simon Cowell. The five-piece band was sponsored by Simon Cowell. They were the first to sing Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. They were one of the most competitive groups in the contest. But they came in third, a place behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles, his group and Cowell did not get the win in the contest. However, Cowell provided Harry Styles a 2 million dollar contract with Syco.
