Born in California, she started acting when she was just four. She was a part of a number of shows on television before making her debut on the large screen. After making a splash as a teen sexually enthralled in the 1997 film Eve's Bayou, she landed an ongoing role on the comedy Cousin Skeeter. A stunning and gifted actress, she managed to seamlessly make the switch between adult and child.
