
Beverly Lumbres Caimen was born June 20, 1994 [1] and is known by her mononym, Beverly. She is a Filipino singer from Japan under the AvexTrax label. She is famous for her many appearances on soundtracks, like "Be the One" in Kamen Rider Build and "Koko" in Pokemon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle. Beverly Caimen was born in Calamba, Laguna on June 20 in 1994. She is the third daughter of Ramon Vega Caimen (and Leticia Valdezlumbres). She also had a brother, as well as two sisters. Beverly started singing at the age of 5 when her mother sent her to school, and she discovered she had talent for it. When she was seven, she joined her school's chorus and started singing lessons when she was nine years old, once her mother had time. Around this time, she participated in her first singing competition however, she didn't take home the prize. Her mother was supportive of her and encouraged her to continue because she believed she was in need of more experience. Batangas State University awarded her the degree of Bachelor of Science. in Psychology. Beverly started singing in competitions for amateurs to chase her dreams. She was awarded first prize at the World Championships of Performing Arts and recorded her songs under GMA Records and worked with composer Vehnee Saturno; during this time she released her debut and only album under GMA, Beverly Caimen. Beverly was awarded the Best Performance award from the Awit Awards and won the Harvest of Honors award from the National Commission for Culture and the Arts and the award for Best Performance from the A Song of Praise Music Festival Year 3.
